I didn't have loads of expectations for this squad when Tony Romo went down, I expected the team to be quite poor actually. Rookie quarterbacks facing the schedule Dallas faced are almost ment to fail and add to that breaking in Zeke as a rookie as well meant I was settled in for a comfortable growing year. I expected Dallas to perhaps win four, they proved me wrong over and over this season.
People are quick to lay all the success of the team on the feet of the oline. I agree to a point, but both Zeke and Dak played well above what normal Rookies have shown in recent history. I'm excited for them both to have an off season under their belts to grow in their understanding of the game and for that natural growth to occur.
This loss sucks, but it was a hell of an unexpected ride.
