Snyder is blocking the release of one of his players - WR Corey Sutton from atleast 35 potential destinations. I'm not hard nose on this - I do think blocking scholarship players from transferring to anyone on your schedule for the length of eligibility is fair.. Blocking upwards of 35 programs isnt fine tho I think Snyder may even have his heart in the right place (in that he wants the kid to be on track to graduate) but the absolute horseshit of blocking so many schools gives me major pause to question that.I dismiss that. this is Snyder being petty because Sutton is disrespecting him
Snyder is from the Fry coaching tree, hard nose - by the book football and personalities are littered through that tree - it's just a part of the culture.
There are a lot of strong, fiery personalities on that lst and all of the successful ones have the same basic traits in common:
Sutton will eventually get his released, KSU will have egg on its face for a few weeks and then we'll all move on.
