On the Cusp: James Palmer TE, Wil Amos ATH, Drake Stoops WR,
I'll do an updated one of these in the Fall (October) then a final ranking in January that should be enough time to account for growing offer sheets.
Edit: 3/20 So I've had some questions on my system and why a player like Proctor who is a blue chip is so low. Simply put: He won't finish there, my formula weighted measurables are important so it will skew to the taller/heavier frames but there won't be much change on that (kids rarely shoot up 3 inches/20+ pounds) It's also designed so that the tiered offer value will boost a kid up the ranking. As I said before, this will hurt some kids who commit and shut down early but i'll take that into account in my final ranking in January.
