The basic consensus for Dallas is that they must address the secondary, defensive end and begin to address the offensive future of the team by preparing for life after Witten. Romo's run likely ends as trade bait.
So since assuming some sort of deal is going to happen with Romo, it is inevitable. The trade value for Romo is difficult to estimate because of his injury history and hefty contract. The fact is there probably is a highly selective market on both Romo's end and the teams that need a QB. I feel at best Dallas will somehow get its hands on 3rd and 4th round picks this year and a future 3rd rounder.
I believe Dallas will address their secondary issues early, then work to towards their DL need afterwards (I'm assuming Charles Tapper will be healthy, less of a priority) then fill need with TE/WR in the late.
My highest concerns for Dallas:
Secondary: Needs addressed somehow in the first 80 picks with high end ability
DL: Addressed between picks 80 and 160
WR/TE: Highest on board after DE is addressed.
