Nothing Good Happens After Midnight
Most college aged adults have been plastered in public atleast one time (or in my case, dozens) Baker gets to pay the piper here for his misdeed of evading the police but I really can't seem to care much beyond that. I'd be fairly livid if it was DUI related, but from the look of the preliminary report there isn't much substance to matter here, chalk it up to youthful indiscretion.
Baker does deserve some heat from Bob and Co, he'll get it. Whatever punishment the legal system dishes out, Baker will be paying it out in the workouts coming shortly. QB1 is a hell of a responsibility in general, even more so at a blue blood. Bob can't be seen as lax towards Baker either or that'll cause issues.
I can't imagine being a parent of one kid, can't imagine having to deal with all the stuff that comes with dealing with eighty-five kids. I can't even begin to process the amount of stress that is during the off-season where kids have more free time than in the summer and fall.
I've seen some people stretching and trying to tie this incident into the Mixon fiasco. I'm just going to say flatly, ignorance of that level is a disability. People love to be outraged over stuff it seems, but I've electeed to not respond individually to that bait.
TL;DR Comply with police, Baker's gonna run stairs, don't compare unlike things.

I think he's a bit tough on himself but he owns it. He'll be better for it.
